How we handle what you send us.

Who you’re contacting

BTR Digital (UK) is the name used for this work. Contact us at hello@btrdigital.co.uk.

Ideas enquiries

If you send the ideas form, we receive the name, email address, goal and any website or app URL you choose to provide. We use these details to read your enquiry and respond to you. The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this website and records the submission. Netlify can send a notification to our email inbox. Our email is provided through Proton Mail.

Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information in the form.

Consultation bookings

This website loads a Cal.com embed script to make booking available. Opening the booking dialog then loads Cal.com’s calendar in your browser. Any details you submit to book a time are handled through that service and shared with us for the conversation. You can also open the booking page directly. Cal.com may use browser storage or cookies to operate its booking service; its own privacy information is available from that service.

Website operation

Netlify serves the website and processes technical request information needed to deliver it. We have not added a visitor analytics service to this website.

Questions or requests

To ask about information you sent us, or request that we correct or delete it, email hello@btrdigital.co.uk. We’ll review your request and reply.
